Reservation, what’s next?
The reservation process in short.
Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact us, telephone number +31 77 3072095, every day between 10.00 am and 05.00 pm. We will be more than willing to assist you.
· After having made a reservation through this website, you will receive a provisional confirmation in your mailbox.
· You will have a preliminary reservation.
· Within approximately 1 working day you will receive the definitive confirmation in your mailbox, which serves as invoice for the booked holiday accommodation at the same time.
Payment: For both pitches, Tipi tents and mobile homes: Down-payment of 50% of the total invoice. The rest amount must be paid 3 weeks before arrival at the latest. You can pay in cash, through bank transfer, IDeal, or debit card.
You won’t receive a confirmation of your payment. Through our reservation system you will receive a confirmation, with a link to an Online Guest Centre and a password, enabling you to personally check the status of your reservation and payments. Your bank/giro statement will serve as your proof of payment.
Through the button 'Book now!' you will reach the reservation system. Simply follow the steps and click on ‘continue’. You have already seen the total amount, before you agree with the reservation. You can easily check which pitches or mobile homes are available. Every pitch has unique characteristics such as: Distance to sanitary building, available playground equipment, car-free field (you will park next to the field), sunny or shady pitch.
The Recron-conditions are applicable. Recron is the branch-organization for Recreation Companies. The Recron-Conditions have been drawn up in close cooperation with the ANWB and the consumer’s organization.
