General
All persons on campsite Beringerzand must comply with the general terms and conditions, which can be found on the reverse of your booking invoice.
Emergencies
In case of an unforeseen emergency during your stay, please call the emergency number of our camp site (+31 77 3072095). This number can be reached 24 hours a day. Qualified first aiders are always on hand on the camp site.
The First Aid post is in the reception area. An AED (defibrillator) is mounted on the wall in the indoor play area.
If you telephone an emergency service yourself, please also notify the reception desk.
Visitors and Campers
Visitors and campers must initially report to Reception in all cases and pay the applicable entrance fee (€ 3,00) or the overnight charge (€ 5,00) plus tourism tax (€ 0.83). Visitors and campers then have access to all the facilities of the camp site.

Mail
Your mail will be sorted into mail boxes at reception.
Waste-disposal
You can deposit your garbage bags in the recycling center, which has underground containers. One container is always open, a CARD is attached to it. We have a separate container for paper and cardboard (cut small please) and a container for glassware. You can deposit scrap iron at the container or give it to our employees. You must deposit course waste yourself. In Panningen will find a recycle center (payment per kg).
Playgrounds
The camp site has many playgrounds. Their use is always subject to regulations of conduct. For example, children may use the indoor play area only if supervised by a parent. The indoor play area is reserved to children up to 12 years of age. The instructions of staff must be followed.
Tennis court - midget golf - bowls game
At reception, you can make a booking for the tennis court and hire balls, rackets, midget golf clubs and bowling balls.
Launderette
The washing machines are coin operated. Tokens can be bought at reception. Spin drying and ironing are free of charge. During the summer holidays, washing machines must be reserved by means of a registration list.
Showers
The showers are free with 5 minutes' supply of hot water, followed by a brief economy period. The baby space and children's sanitary installations are reserved for children up to 6 years of age and in the company of an adult.
Awnings/Marquees
An awning may be fitted to your camping equipment. In order to preserve the grassy underground, the area underneath the awning must not covered. Party tents may not be set up.
Sanitary fittings
The sanitary blocks will be open 24 hours a day. Cleaning times are listed at the entrance. Ensure that your children under 6 are accompanied by an adult when using the toilets. Do keep the sanitary facilities as clean as possible.
Please report any complaints to reception.
Swimming-pool by your space or area
For reasons of safety and liability, a paddling-pool may unfortunately not be set up in your space or area.
Swimming-Pools
Note: The swimming-pools at the Beringerzand camp site are unsupervised. You will at all times be responsible for your own safety, that of your children and of your visitors! The heated open air pool is open in July and August. The indoor pool is open throughout the year!! For reasons of hygiene, the special rules of conduct displayed at the entrances apply throughout. Non-compliance with these rules will result in access to the pools being refused.
